St. Clair County Community College will sponsor the 18th annual St. Clair County Science and Engineering Fair from March 6 through 9 on the college’s Port Huron campus. St. Clair County students in grades four through 12 can enter projects for the fair atwww.sc4.edu/science-fair. The deadline is Friday, Feb. 28. The public is invited to view projects and attend an awards ceremony Sunday, March 9. Projects will be on display from noon to 3 p.m. in the College Center Café. An awards ceremony will be from 3 to 4 p.m.in the Fine Arts Theatre. Judging by a team of independent judges will take place Friday, March 7, and Saturday, March 8. Projects will be grouped by grade level, category and as experimental or non-experimental. Categories include earth and space science, physical science, life science and engineering. Ribbons, Best of Show and Grand Awards will be presented for outstanding experimental projects in each grade level and category. For more information, call (810) 989-5663.
