The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a crash that left a Wales Township man with life-threatening injuries. It happened Wednesday night around 8:21 at Lapeer and Wales Center roads in Kenockee Township. Deputies say the 21-year-old was ejected from his truck after failing to yield to a Kimball Township woman’s SUV while turning onto Lapeer Road. She suffered minor injuries. Alcohol is believed to be a factor, and the Crash Investigation Team is handling the case, which remains active.
