Holiday Mental Health Resources

As the holiday season kicks in, mental health experts in Michigan are urging people to use available resources, especially those struggling with seasonal depression, anxiety, or loneliness. Experts say stress can lead to unhealthy habits like overeating or isolating. To cope, they suggest building strategies like taking breaks, volunteering, or seeking professional help if needed.
