New Development Proposed in Marysville

A piece of agricultural land in Marysville could soon see new development. Interstate Capital is eyeing the plot along Range Road, between 18th Street and Cuttle Road, for a project that could include manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution. The first building would be constructed for $75-90 million, with more to follow once it’s sold. Marysville Mayor Hayman highlighted that Interstate Capital will pay for water and sewer infrastructure, offering benefits like new jobs and tax revenue. City officials plan to hold public hearings soon.

Eligible farm businesses can access up to $500,000 in additional credit and new term loans. Current FCC borrowers can defer principal payments for up to 12 months. Applicants must be financially stable before the tariff impact. FCC funding is not available as grants or interest-free loans.
