The first building would be constructed for $75-90 million, with more to follow once it’s sold. Marysville Mayor Hayman highlighted that Interstate Capital will pay for water and sewer infrastructure, offering benefits like new jobs and tax revenue. City officials plan to hold public hearings soon.
