Substance abuse is a problem in the local community, not only in St. Clair County, but across the nation. It can strike anyone at any time no matter race, color, or creed.
Blue Water Recovery And Outreach Center and Team Sharing-MI Chapter have teamed up to create an event that helps spread awareness on the subject, as well as offering support for those parents who have lost a child due to substance abuse.
The event will be held Saturday, February 4th, from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. at 617 10th Street in Port Huron. There will be guest speakers, as well as individuals that can provide help with the grieving process, friendship, companionship, and most of all understanding.
If you are unable to attend in person, there is an option for a Zoom video conference.
