To help the community manage this condition, MSU Extension is offering free virtual sessions focusing on diabetes and prediabetes management. These lunchtime classes, running from November 5th to November 26, will cover vital topics like understanding diabetes, dietary strategies for controlling blood sugar, smart food choices, and staying active.
