A new international study finds Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is boosting early reading skills, and the impact is showing up in St. Clair County. Since 2012, the program has delivered more than 683,000 books to local children, with over 4,200 kids currently enrolled. Families across the county are building home libraries and reading together every day, giving young children a stronger start before they ever enter the classroom.
