Eligibility and How Winners Are Selected
WGRT on-air contest winners will be selected by a designated numbered caller, as determined and announced by WGRT. Facebook and website contest winners will be selected by a random drawing from eligible entries received. All contestants must be 18 years of age or older to enter unless otherwise stated for a specific contest.
Winning Restrictions
Each individual is eligible to win only once per individual WGRT contest. Multiple entries, participation through different methods, or participation on different days does not make an individual eligible to win more than once in the same contest. WGRT may also restrict contestants from winning prizes in separate WGRT contests more than once within a 20-day period. WGRT reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all winners.
Claiming Prizes
Unless otherwise stated, all prizes must be claimed and picked up at the WGRT Business Office:

Winners have 30 days from the date they are notified of winning to claim and pick up their prize. For tickets, passes, reservations, or other prizes connected to a specific event or expiration date, the prize must be claimed before the event or by the deadline established by WGRT, even if that period is less than 30 days. Prizes not claimed within the applicable time period will be forfeited.
Release
By entering a WGRT contest, all participants agree to release and hold harmless WGRT, contest and promotion sponsors, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

WGRT 102.3 FM assumes no liability or responsibility and makes no warranties regarding the performance, quality, or condition of any prize awarded. WGRT is not responsible for damage to or loss of a prize after it has been claimed by the winner. WGRT is not responsible for any incident, injury, loss, delay, cancellation, or other circumstance that may occur
while a winner or guest is traveling to or from, attending, or participating in an event associated with a contest or prize.
General Rules
Failure to comply with these Official Contest Rules, or any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or other illegal or inappropriate conduct by a contestant, may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize. WGRT reserves the right, in its sole judgment, to determine the eligibility of any contestant and to disqualify any individual who violates these rules or attempts to interfere with the fair operation of a contest.
WGRT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any contest or these Official Contest Rules when circumstances warrant. Any changes will become effective upon announcement or publication by WGRT. Additional rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, or restrictions may apply to individual contests and will be announced or published in connection with that contest. In the event of a conflict, the specific rules announced for an individual contest will apply.
