WGRT on-air contests will be awarded by a numbered caller as chosen by WGRT.
WGRT Facebook or website contests will be awarded by a random draw of entries by WGRT.
All contestants must be 18-years of age or older to enter.
Contestants may be restricted from winning more than once every twenty days AND may only win once per individual contest.
All prizes must be claimed and picked up at the WGRT Business Office unless otherwise stated.

If prizes are not claimed within two weeks of contest date, the winning contestant forfeits the prize.

By entering, all participants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors and/or WGRT, affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability and injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from, or in connection with any contests and any prizes won.

WGRT is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after it has been claimed. WGRT is not responsible for any incident that may occur in traveling to and from an event relating to the contest, by the winner and or winners.
General:
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant will result in the contestant’s disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. WGRT reserves the right to rule ineligible a contestant who, in WGRT’s sole judgment, has violated any of the contest rules.
WGRT reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify any contest and these Official Rules at any time, with changes becoming effective upon announcement.
