Michigan’s ski resorts are ready to help you learn skiing or snowboarding with the return of the Discover Michigan Skiing program. Supported by McDonald’s of Michigan and the Michigan Snowsports Industries Association, this program offers affordable beginner lessons, rental equipment, and lift passes throughout January. Executive Director Mike Panich highlights Michigan’s accessible slopes and friendly instructors. The program costs $60 and runs from January 2nd to January 31st at 20 participating ski areas statewide.
