DTF Seizes Crack, Arrests Dealer In Raid

The St. Clair County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the city of Port Huron last Tuesday night.  According to Sheriff Tim Donnellon, the DTF was conducting an investigation into the sales of crack cocaine in the Port Huron area.  The investigation led to an apartment in the 1000 block of 10th Street shortly before 9:00 p.m. Tuesday.  Once inside, DTF members located and seized crack cocaine, a digital scale and drug paraphernalia.  A 42 year old Port Huron man was arrested at the home without incident and lodged in the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center.  He was expected to be arraigned last week in 72nd District Court on charges of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and being a habitual offender.
