Grants to Upgrade Fairgrounds

Huron and Tuscola counties each received $100,000 from the Michigan Department of Agriculture to improve their county fairgrounds. These grants support important safety upgrades and building renovations. Huron County will use the funds to expand housing facilities at the fairgrounds, providing more space for visitors and participants. Tuscola County plans to improve grandstand safety and accessibility, making events easier to enjoy for everyone. These projects are part of a larger statewide effort to enhance county fairgrounds across Michigan.
