Charcuterie boards seem to be all of the rage lately at parties, gatherings, and events. Wouldn’t it be great if you could learn how to put one together for your next gathering?
A charcuterie board is a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and nuts beautifully arranged on a wooden board or serving tray. There are many variations depending on who made it.
Kate’s Downtown, located at 231 Huron Ave, Port Huron will be offering their second Charcuterie Board Workshop February 3rd and February 24th from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
The reservations are on a first come first serve basis so act fast. Kate’s will be teaching you how to prepare the board, hints on what and where to buy, as well as pairing flavors and more. Those who attend the workshop will also receive a complimentary glass of wine, and a 9 -11 inch wood board.
The event is $65 per person, so if you would like to register you can message them on Facebook or email them at katesplacedowntown@gmail.com.
