A new St. Clair County-based nonprofit, Kind Human 4 Human Kind, is stepping up to assist individuals facing various challenges. This nonprofit offers support in the form of clothing, furniture, and essential resources to those in poverty, veterans, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, the homeless, and people with disabilities.
Services include clothing closets, baby supplies, tailored donations, resource lists, and survival bags for those in shelters and experiencing homelessness.
Kind Human 4 Human Kind, which recently received its 501c3 status, will be hosting two community giving days in the upcoming weeks. Thanks 4 Giving Day, presented in partnership with Sturges Memorial Congregational Church, will take place on November 18th, from 12 to 3 p.m. at 2729 Ravenswood Road.
On December 9th, the community giving day, A Day of Giving, will be presented in collaboration with Blue Water Allies from 12 to 5 p.m. at 1519 Military St.
