The new school year at SC4 looks promising for ten students from Marine City High School, thanks to the Alexander & Celestine Lamere Fund. This fund, established by the late couple in ’09, has now provided support to 21 students, ensuring they can pursue their education without financial stress. For the upcoming school year, new recipients like Brooke Dornoff and Autumn Quinn are set to receive scholarships ranging from $1,500 to $7,000, enabling them to pursue careers in nursing and criminal justice, respectively.
