Lexington Bach Festival Grant

The Lexington Arts Council has received a $10,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) to support the annual Lexington Bach Festival. As the only recipient in Michigan’s Thumb region, the Council will use the funds to celebrate the festival’s 25th anniversary with three concerts from September 10th–14th, alongside informal recitals at local churches and schools. NEA Chair Maria Rosario Jackson praised the Council’s creative efforts, while Council President Liz Jackson highlighted the importance of community support to match the grant.
