LIMElight: Pamela Paul

We had a lovely chat with Pamela Paul, editor of The New York Times Book Review and one of the authors of How to Raise a Reader. Pamela shared tips for encouraging children of all ages to read, and she had some empowering words for parents who struggle to get their kids to put down the devices.

How to Raise a Reader is a beautifully written and illustrated book by Pamela and her co-author, Maria Russo, children’s books editor of The New York Times Book Review. It’s a must-read for new parents who want to raise their children immersed in the magical world of good literature, and it will inspire parents with older children to begin adventuring into great stories today.

You can learn more about the book <HERE> and find a copy on the new book shelf or as an e-book at the St. Clair County Library system <HERE>.
