Local officials will break ground Monday on relocating part of William P. Rosso Highway near Selfridge Air National Guard Base to improve traffic safety and support the base’s future missions. The Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and Macomb County partners plan to move the highway north between I-94 and Jefferson Avenue and add a roundabout at Town Center Boulevard. The project also expands the runway and airport apron to meet mission needs while easing flow for drivers in the area.
