Port Huron’s Joseph McCulloch is returning to the Economic Development Alliance of St. Clair County on October 1, 2026, as Vice President of Business Services. McCulloch most recently worked for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, supporting businesses in Macomb County. In his new role, he will lead the alliance’s efforts to help local employers stay and expand in the county, and he will chair its Workforce Development Task Force. McCulloch says he is eager to help the community prosper by working directly with area employers.
