McKenzie Health Marks Key Milestone

McKenzie Health System marked a big step in its new Sandusky hospital project recently, when the last steel beam was signed and set in place at the Chrysalis Project site. Leaders, volunteers, and supporters added their names and messages before the beam went up, turning the moment into a public show of support for the roughly 70,000-square-foot replacement hospital, which will have entrances on M-46 and Gates Road, plus room for future growth. Construction is still on track, with the building expected to be finished next spring, and the move to the new hospital planned for fall of ’27.
