McKenzie Health System is offering sports physicals for just $15 through August 31st, at all family healthcare clinic locations. This service helps students in grades 6-12 meet Michigan High School Athletic Association requirements for school sports. Students who’ve had a recent wellness visit can submit their form at no extra cost. Physicals will be offered at local schools: Sandusky, CPS, and Croswell-Lexington .
