Port Huron police are seeking help finding 55-year-old Samuel Serra, who has been missing for a while. Serra, a 5’7″, 255-pound man with brown hair and eyes, was last in contact with family in December. He previously lived on 15th Street in Port Huron but no longer does. Authorities believe he may be in Macomb, driving a red Chevrolet Monte Carlo with plate 61ACR3.
