A Port Huron murder case is now moving toward trial, with two defendants set to face a jury this spring. Attorneys confirmed that 23-year-old Dazman Drake and 37-year-old Sayon Florence will go to trial on April 21st in the death of Vincent Buckles at his Vanness Street home. Both are also scheduled for a plea hearing on April 13th. Court filings show each defendant is pointing blame at the other, while prosecutors say Drake pulled the trigger. Both are charged with open murder, which carries a possible life sentence.
