Drivers on M-46 can now clearly see McKenzie Health System’s new hospital rising from the ground. Construction continues to move forward after the last update in March. Crews are pushing ahead with underground electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work in areas C and D, while utilities advance into area B. Steel framing panels are going up along the north side, with work now starting on the east elevation too. Roof installation begins soon, along with backfilling and temporary power service. The new facility is expected to open next spring.
