SC4 Golf Classic

St. Clair County residents can support local student-athletes by joining the ’26 SC4 Golf Classic on Friday, June 12th at Marysville Golf Course. Lambton County Library is now bringing books and more right to your mailbox. After a successful two-year pilot with just nine users, the Library by Mail service is open to all eligible cardholders who cannot visit a branch due to disability, illness, or lack of transportation. Materials like regular and large-print books, audiobooks, DVDs, and magazines will be delivered by Canada Post with a prepaid return envelope. Cancer patients in Port Huron now have a powerful new way to feel more like themselves during treatment. McLaren Port Huron is offering the Look Good Feel Better program, which provides free workshops teaching beauty and self-care tips to handle side effects like hair loss, dry skin, and nail changes. The classes help boost confidence and self-image for people going through chemotherapy or radiation. Virtual sessions are available now from home, with in-person workshops launching this summer at the Karmanos Cancer Institute.
