Yale Girls Basketball’s Historic Season Ends

The Yale girls basketball team’s historic run to the MHSAA regional final ended with a tough 66-49 loss to Detroit Country Day at Croswell-Lexington High School. Grants Approved at City Council Meeting

At Monday’s Port Huron City Council meeting, eight grant applications totaling nearly $10 million were approved for city park and infrastructure improvements. Early Morning Car Wash Fire

A fire heavily damaged the Croswell Car Wash early Tuesday morning, with no injuries reported. The fire broke out around 2 a.m. on East State Street, quickly engulfing the building and spreading through the roof. Firefighters worked fast using aerial trucks and attack lines to fight the flames. Despite the roof collapsing, the blaze was under control by 3:51 a.m. Emergency services from Croswell Police, Sanilac County Sheriff, and EMS assisted at the scene. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
