Owner Ryan Weston said he was thrilled to see the strong turnout and looks forward to serving the community. It will provide around 120 jobs to the area.

Imlay City Police have arrested a 58-year-old local man, Zeb Eugene-Lee Breeding, for allegedly accosting a child with immoral intent. Breeding was apprehended on October 29th in the Kroger parking lot after police investigation, which also led to additional charges of sodomy and using the internet to commit a crime. If convicted on all charges, he could face up to 34 years in prison. After his arraignment, he was held in Lapeer County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
