However, Judge Brandy McMillion ruled that Lindke, who fled Michigan amid legal issues, can’t use the court system while avoiding his criminal charges. Lindke, faces charges for disturbing the peace. The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, allowing Lindke to refile if he returns to Michigan.

Chick-fil-A’s new location in Fort Gratiot on 24th Avenue quickly became a hit with locals, drawing dozens of customers for its opening on Thursday.
