St. Clair County animal lovers can sharpen their skills at a full-day workshop on cat care and welfare Saturday, Nov. 10th, at the St. Clair County Library in Port Huron. The Michigan Pet Alliance is hosting the event, offering hands-on training for pet owners, volunteers, and shelter staff. Cat behaviorist Jessica Vankoningsveld will lead sessions on understanding cats and running barn cat programs. Attendees can earn continuing education credits, and registration is now open with discounts for alliance members. This workshop is part of an eight-county statewide series.
