Howard Morse, a 57-year-old Port Huron resident, has died from injuries he sustained when a pickup truck struck him while he was crossing Pine Grove Avenue near Elmwood Street on October 18th. Following the accident, Morse was taken by Tri-Hospital EMS to McLaren Port Huron and later transferred to McLaren Macomb in critical condition. Port Huron Police confirmed that no charges have been filed as the investigation continues, with the driver cooperating fully.
