A Port Huron woman accused of killing her boyfriend will stand trial after a St. Clair County judge ruled there is enough evidence to proceed. On Tuesday, 40-year-old Jennifer Goodall was bound over to circuit court for the Sept. 3rd shooting death of 23-year-old Chase Hunter Hoyt. Prosecutors presented Goodall’s own 911 call admitting she shot Hoyt, as well as police testimony and an autopsy confirming homicide. Goodall faces open murder and felony firearm charges that could lead to life in prison. No trial date has been set.
