Expectant mothers in the Blue Water Region will not have to leave Port Huron for pregnancy care after McLaren Port Huron took over full-service Northpointe OB/GYN. The office, now called McLaren Port Huron Obstetrics and Gynecology, will stay at its current location near the hospital campus with the same contact information and caregivers. Hospital leaders say demand for pregnancy care in the community is growing, so McLaren plans to recruit more doctors and providers to see more patients and families close to home.
