The St. Clair County Regional Educational Service Agency has welcomed a new addition to its team: Frannie, a 2-month-old Australian Labradoodle. She’s in training to become a therapy dog for special education students at Creekside and Woodland Development Centers. Frannie’s training focuses on helping students manage emotions and build confidence in school settings. Funded by the Community Foundation of St. Clair County, Frannie’s training is supported by a $12,000 donation. She’ll also make regular visits to both centers with her handler, Chelsey Hull.
