67 neglected farm animals rescued from a China Township property are now up for adoption in St. Clair County. Owner Kevin Tuttle, 59, pleaded guilty to animal cruelty and forfeited all rights to the animals. Rescued between January and February, the goats, sheep, mini-pigs, and chickens were found starving, frostbitten, and severely neglected. Animal Control says they need experienced homes with proper shelter and care. Tuttle’s sentencing is set for March 25th.
