Downtown Port Huron turns into a summer block party this week as Rockin’ The Rivers returns to Kiefer Park for one night only. On Thursday, families can catch free live music from Michigan acts starting at 5 p.m., along with food trucks, a bounce house and free face painting for the kids. The celebration runs until 10:30 p.m. along the St. Clair River, with organizers ready to shift the show indoors to McMorran Place Arena if storms move in.
