The Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an early morning break-in at Tubbs Brothers Car Dealership in Sandusky. Around 3:45 a.m. Wednesday, security footage shows four individuals stealing several license plates before attempting to drive a Dodge Hornet through the dealership’s lobby windows. Deputies responded to a 5 a.m. call to find the vehicle partly inside the showroom, heavily damaged from the attempt. The suspects reportedly fled the scene around 4:15 a.m. in a gray Dodge Durango.
