What started as a 14-team tournament in ’17 has grown into one of Port Huron’s biggest hockey events, and organizers say volunteers deserve the credit. The Port Huron Silver Stick Regional welcomed 103 teams last year, and it returns to McMorran Arena this Thursday for the first of three weekends. Games run November 5th through 8th, November 19th through 22nd, and December 4th through 6th at the downtown arena. Admission is free for fans, and more details are available at silverstick dot org.
