St. Clair County Community Resource Fair 2024: A One-Stop Solution For Those In Need

On May 8th, the St. Clair County Community Services Coordinating Body (CSCB) is set to host its annual Community Resource Fair, spearheaded by the Housing & Support Workgroup.

Running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Clair County Community College (SC4), this event at the College Center Building, 323 Erie Street, Port Huron, aims to assist individuals and families facing homelessness, at-risk situations, or severe financial strains.

This year’s fair, held in-person, promises a comprehensive array of services. Attendees can access community resource vendors, a mobile food pantry, personal care items, and giveaways. Notably, Community First Health Centers and the St. Clair County Health Department will provide vaccines and testing onsite.

Kimberly Foxwell, Student Wellness Manager at SC4, emphasized the event’s vital role in linking 251 households to essential resources last year.
