Suspected Venezuelan Gang Member Arrested by Border Patrol

A second suspected member of a Venezuelan gang is now arrested in Michigan. US Customs and Border Patrol says agents arrested a man believed to be a member of Tren de Aragua in Macomb County. Last week, the 30 year old was taken into custody during a traffic stop. The vehicle was reportedly stopped because of a fake license plate. Local police contacted CBP when they realized there were three undocumented men inside the car. One of them was known to have connections with a Venezuelan street gang that formed in the country’s prison system and is now considered a foreign terrorist organization.
