A Lapeer County teacher, Corey Rosser, from Quest High School in North Branch, is among the ’25-’26 Regional Teachers of the Year finalists. Rosser was selected through a competitive process after being nominated by students, staff, and community members. The Michigan Department of Education selected these outstanding educators to honor their dedication and service. They will share their insights to strengthen Michigan’s public schools. Rosser and other finalists will interview with a panel, with one being chosen as Michigan Teacher of the Year.
