A 19-year-old man from Port Huron is now facing multiple felony charges after a drug investigation led to his arrest. Authorities say Jayquawn “Blackout” Rowe tried to run from officers before being taken into custody last week. Investigators searched a home on Union Street, where they found crack cocaine, pills, and drug-related items. Rowe was arraigned Sunday on charges including intent to distribute and resisting arrest. His bond is set at $50,000, with his next court appearance scheduled for next Tuesday.
