Torch Run 5K Supports Special Olympics

Port Huron is gearing up for the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run 5K on Friday, September 12th, benefiting Special Olympics Michigan. The run starts at 11 a.m. at the Port Huron Municipal Office Center, with registration at 10:30. Entry is $30 for a T-shirt or $10 for a bandana, and all funds support local Special Olympics athletes. Police and community members will join to raise awareness, celebrate achievements, and carry the Flame of Hope through the streets of Port Huron. Donations and sponsorships are also welcome.
