Get ready for a spine-chilling experience at Downtown Port Huron’s annual Halloween extravaganza, the “Trucks & Treats” event set to unfold at McMorran Plaza on Saturday, October 21st. This free event is a fusion of Touch-a-Truck and Trick or Treat that promises lots of family-friendly fun.
From 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., children and adults can explore a variety of vehicles, from police cars to construction equipment, interact with community heroes, and learn about their crucial roles. As a bonus, participants and downtown businesses will distribute candy to costumed attendees, transforming the plaza into a festive Halloween haven.
There will be quiet hours from 3 – 4 p.m., to ensure that those with sensory issues or other aversions to loud sounds can enjoy the event as well.
