The Economic Development Alliance of St. Clair County has launched its annual Wage and Benefit Survey to help local employers stay competitive. The updated survey lets businesses compare pay and benefits with other St. Clair County companies. Wage data is prefilled, so most employers can finish in about 15 minutes. Participants receive a free 2026 report with confidential, countywide results designed to support hiring, retention, and workforce planning across the local business community.
